A resident, as defined by law, includes (1) any person who is in the United States for other than a temporary or transitory purpose, and (2) any person domiciled in the United States who is outside the United States for a temporary or transitory purpose.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Cookies<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> are small files placed on your computer, mobile device or other device by a website, containing details of your browsing history on that website, among other things.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Country<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> refers to: Florida, United States.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Device<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> means any device that can access the Service, such as a computer, mobile phone or digital tablet.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Do Not Track (DNT)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is a concept promoted by US regulatory authorities, in particular the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), for the Internet industry to develop and implement a mechanism that allows users to control the tracking of their online activities across websites.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Personal Data<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.<\/span><\/li>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For the purposes of the CCPA\/CPRA, Personal Data means any information that identifies, relates to, describes, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with you.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Service<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> refers to the Application or the Website, or both.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Service Provider<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company.
